Cover of Coffee Table Book
These “coffee table books” were custom made for high touch prospective clients after sales meetings to add an extra element to their sales pitch and to set Ovation apart. Personalized cupcakes with travel theming were also sent to the client, and a colorful sprinkle cover image tied the campaign together. I was responsible for the full design of the book and photo editing for all images.

The coffee table books were customized for each client with their logos, company colors and specific information pertaining to their travel program. The project required intense image editing and stylized layout design.

Branded Water Bottle & Packaging
A branded, reusable water bottle was sent out in a custom designed box that had messaging on the inside and outside. It included “a message in a bottle” with more information.

Custom Online Sales Kit
This was the customized online sales kit that the water bottle mailing directed the prospective client to. It contained personalized information about the client’s travel program. I designed custom sites for over 100 different prospective clients.

Message in the Bottle Insert
The enclosed “message in a bottle” was placed in each water bottle and directed the prospective client to a custom online sales kit and contact information for their salesperson.









I have supported sales teams at various organizations with quality, on-brand materials including sales collateral, custom client gifts, and company swag. Several of the sales campaigns I worked on in 2019 resulted in the company meeting a decade-long goal of $100 million in annual new sales. I led the campaigns from initial conception to completion and follow-up.
The coffee table books were client gifts designed to leave a lasting impression of Ovation’s work after initial and final sales meetings.
The reusable bottle campaign involved sending out water bottles in custom-made Ovation branded boxes as the first touch on a large-scale marketing campaign to attract new clients.
